Live-Virtual Zoom Classes

You will need a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a strap, & a blanket for the knees. Prepare your space & minimize distraction if possible. It is recommended to wear loose fitted clothing & yoga is best experienced on an empty stomach. The virtual doors will open 5 minutes before class & close promptly at scheduled time.
